This loft style Suite has windows overlooking the municipal allotment gardens and Old town wall, also with a velux window in the high ceiling, giving vast light and an airy feel to the property.

The lower level (1st floor) has tiled flooring whilst the mezzanine floor, kitchen and bathroom ceilings have whitewashed wood. The entire Suite is painted white with a soft approach to furnishings to create a calming beach-style effect.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and all utensils. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for indoor eating.

At 1st floor level you will also find the lounge, with sofas, relaxing chairs, window seats, TV and board games.

Also on 1st floor level is a huge modern bathroom with a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink unit with mirror above.

The lofty 2nd floor mezzanine bedroom has whitewashed wooden flooring, a double bed, hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables. A wardrobe is on the floor below.

Outside, on the shared ground floor patio area, you will find tables and chairs aplenty for eating and relaxing in the sun or sitting reading a book under the lemon trees.
