The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, kettle, toaster and all utensils. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for indoor eating and a separate dining table and chairs.
The light and airy lounge has a sofa, a relaxing chair, coffee table, window seat, TV and board games.
There is a large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink unit with mirror above.
Off the lounge area is a Studio twin bedroom with two single beds, screened from the living room by curtains, in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers, safety deposit box and bedside table with reading lamp. The bathroom leads off the bedroom area.
The Suite has white walls, a soft look and light timber plank effect tiled flooring throughout to create a calming beach-style effect.
Outside, on the shared ground floor patio area, you will find tables and chairs aplenty for eating and relaxing in the sun or sitting reading a book under the lemon trees.
